The simplest way is to ask questions regarding it's origin and how the person who claims to own it came to possess it. This requires intuition, observation and some guess work. If the item has a serial number or other identification you can check with law enforcement and ask that they compare it to items reported stolen. When in doubt, don't accept it!
If you're looking to buy an item you can always ask for for the serial number, then call your local police station and ask them to run a check on the serial number to see if it is stolen merchandise.
stop talking to your friend till he comes and asks you why you not talking to him. Then you can stay you have lost the things. If he is your real friend he comes out
Most people have a tattle-tell sign when they are lying, if you know what that sign is then the next time your friend comes over act like you are looking for the missing items, then as if they've seen it. After you ask them carefully watch for their tattle-tell sign to see if it shows up. I also heard from a lie detector and body language expert that when a person lies they unknowingly look up and to the right, and when they are telling the truth they look straight or to the left.
he gets scared when someone mentions COPS,and is a very suspicous person
They have something of yours.
You tell her you found it where ever you found it. Simple as that.
If your friend stole it then they are not your friend. Speak up and tell
If my best friend stole something from me I would definetly make sure that I am certain it was them. Then I would tell my parents about it and finally I would confront my friend,or if it is too difficult a situation then get your parents to confront their parents. Try and work it out with this friend but if they are continually letting you down with things like this then they aren't the best friend you would want to be around. Make ABSOLUTELY sure it was them . Then tell them you value your friendship more that what they stole, but you value honesty more than anything else. If they won't come clean with that assurance, time to get a new best friend. And yes, tell your parents if you must.
in a text message, or an aim message..that way if he doesn't like you you can say your friend stole your phone or something

Your my best friend
YOU can lie by if you had stole something it wasn't yours & the person you stole from was telling the teacher that you stole something & you answer "NO".
" Hey, I wanna tell you something, I like you, " Friend: " I don't like you " " Can we still be friends? " Or... " Hey, I wanna tell you something, I like you, " Friend: " I like you too! " Smile and ask her/him out.
You could Sue him. (Sue is not spelled right!) Or just tell him to give you credit.
To tell a friend something
tell-her.
Something answers
