That's a tough one. I'm a girl but I'm straight so let me see if i can help you out. First is she gay? Does she flirt with you and do you flirt with her? Its pretty much like going out with a guy I guess (sorry if that hurt you)
Chances are, if she says she doesn't like you, she doesn't.
