Maybe you always have boogers in your nose? Just kidding. I would need more information. The fact that he's popular and you're not isn't a good start though. Most popular guys stick with popular girls. If he talks to every other girl that means that he probably has a lot of female friends or admirers. If you two were to get together, would you really want to deal with that? And did you ever think that maybe he looks at you because you're looking at him?
