you can go to a vet but they will probably say they are to young to tell. you will have to wait until there cere matures to the respectful color
It's a young boy.
It is very difficult to determine the gender of a budgie when they are young. Wait a couple of months until they grow. Then if it turns into a brownish colour then it will be a girl, if it turns a bluish-purple colour than it will be a boy.
a boy.
No. They are abot the same size.
So the male Parakeet has a blueish cere, and the female has a pinkish brown cere. Here is a bad picture of what it kinda looks like
For the rare parakeet it is quite simple - if the nostrals are blue - it is a boy. if the nostrals are pink, red, or brownish - it's a girl.
yea but they might get a little ...BUSY... during spring
you can't tell the sex of a budgie as a baby unless you DNA test it ( which i wouldn't suggest and would probably be a waste of money and time ) even a vet couldn't tell the sex of a baby budgie... but when they are older boy budgies have blue crests (the part above their beak) and girls are brown or a pink colour.
how do i tell if my my turtle is a girl or a boy?...
you cannot tell if the caterpillar is boy or girl
To tell for sure, you have to get it DNA sexed. Any avian vet will do this... in Canada, it is usually around $25. Not all parrots can be visually sexed like eclectus parrots, cockatiels or budgerigars...
can you tell if a fish is a boy or girl by the tail
