There have been claimed sightings of an elderly woman who is actually quite benign. This ghost has actually been said to enjoy watering the plants outside the Frat house. There have also been reports of the Montreal's McGill University being haunted. However, the details I am not sure of aside that there are multiple ghosts in this area. However as I said, there are plenty of other places in Montreal that are indeed haunted other than houses - Such as the Mount-Royal Cemetery, St. Paul Street, and many more.
