Way watches get foggy?

because you got water inside! It is condensate (your body heats up the watch and water inside gets evaporated). You gotta service it (if it is an expensive watch) or simply open it and dry it out with a hear blower :)

Can a girl get pregnant if the guy pulls out and he doesnt have pre-ejaculate?

Sperms are too tiny to tell whether any got inside you or not, or whether at any point of intercourse any got inside you or not. Whether he has pre-ejaculate on his penis after pulling out or not is not relevant. There is a tiny risk that some sperms got inside you and get you pregnant.

How can you keep a watch from breaking by getting wet?

It depends on what kind of watch you have, wether it was on at the time, what you got it wet with and how extensive the flooding is. If it is a mechanical watch (only has gears and no electronics) then you should be able to just open it and let it dry but if it is salt or sugar water you will need to put it in a shallow dish of warm fresh water for about 30min. If it is electro-mechanical (they usually have a battery) do the same as for the mechanical watch but make sure to get all water out of the electrical components before trying to use it again, if it was off or out of power during the incident their is a much greater chance of it working. Finally if you have an Fully electrical (digital) watch then unless the liquid only got inside the casing and not into the individual components you have almost no chance of fixing it but try the aforementioned methods just incase. Hope this helps.
