Inside the Case there will be a card Plugged into the PCI or AGP slots. If your VGA/DVI cable plugs into a card in the expansion slots then your card is removable. If not then it is on the motherboard and shares system resources
To tell which graphic card is in your computer you must first click the start button and click run. Then type in Dxdiag then click display and you should see all your graphics.
Go to start > run > and type "dxdiag" and hit enter. A small list of your system specifications will show up. Video Display will tell you your graphics card.
That processor may just handle it but it also depends on what graphics card you have in your computer. It will tell you whether it will play well on your computer.
if you do not know what graphics card is in your pc, you most likely have onboard graphics- i.e graphics which are rendered by your motherboard or processor. however, if you are not sure what grahics card you have, you can run the directx diagnostic tool, whic will tell you just about all the specs of your pc. this is run by going start menu > run> then type in 'dxdiag' without the quotes. the relevant information will be found under the 'display' tab.
The easy way to tell is download a program called SIW and run that. It will tell you everything you wanted to know about the hardware and software on your computer. Best of all its free http://www.gtopala.com/
I don't know, but if you find out, tell me.
Take a look at your system motherboard to see if it has an AGP or PCI Express card slot (it will be the topmost expansion slot on the motherboard--your monitor should be connected to the card currently sitting there). This will tell you which type of video card is available to you.
If you're running Windows, then right-click on My Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager (in the left hand pane) -> Display Adapters (in the right hand pane).
We need the model number to tell you that.
the command lspci will tell you what hardware you have
You need to be asking about your graphics card. A modem is used for a phone line connection, and therefore does nothing with pixel shading. You need to get a graphics card to do that.
look at box. i dont know from top of my head, but will tell on box or in instruction manuel.
