Look for white smoke from the exhaust and oil and water mixing in the crankcase and radiator. A compression test would identify this also if two adjacent cylinders have low compression.
It should be on the transmission.

The 1994 Buick Century 4 cylinder head gasket will have to be removed and replaced. The head has to be removed, along with anything that is physically in the way of removal, before the head gasket can be removed.
The flasher is located under the dash right under the steering colum. remove the underdash cover and it willbe to the right of the colum.
Vacuum leak or blown intake gasket.
