Hmmm. First off, I would have to ask: Are relationships aloud between you and your manager? If not, ask yourself if it's worth losing both of your jobs to have one. Next, I would say he definitely sounds interested if you flirt when you talk and text; the one thing I'm worried about is that you always initiate the conversation. This might not be a bad thing. If he's shy or doesn't know how to start a conversation I would say he definitely does, but otherwise I might try not texting him. If you always text him every night, don't and see what happens. If he comments on it, that's a good sign. You might even want to make a comment before you do the aforementioned and say something casually about how you're always the one to text him. Good luck!
