How can you tell if your stardoll account has been deactivated?

When you log into your Stardoll account, it will say "Wrong nickname or password" basically it looks like you may have put in the wrong password. Then this confirms that they deactivated your account- You click on FORGOT PASSWORD and type in your e-mail and it will say " No user found with that e-mail. " Don't worry though, because instead of your account being deleted, it is very possible to reactivate it! Go to the CONTACT USlocated at the bottom of the page and send them a message about how you want your account back. I think it should be under the category of OTHER-Technical Problems or Other-Other Questions. Good luck and hope this helped!
