Simple Find you max heart rate
220-age
then lets say for me
220-15
My heart rate is 205 now multiply it but .85
so it will be
205*.85=174
Run for 5 min check your heart rate, if it reaches 174 and you begin to receive fatigue, you are over weight and unfit. If you are not having fatigue you are Fit.
I did this test, i am chunky but i did not receive fatigue, so my weight apperantly is good.

You are able to test and see if your blood sugar range is healthy by first fasting for a 24 hour period. After you fast you can take a blood sugar test performed by your doctor.
body weight isn't how one can tell if you are healthy ... yes people judge health by weight but a skinny person can be unhealthy(although your weight is within the correct range for someone your height and age). health is a matter of what you eat and how much you exercise ..... eat more raw fruits and veggies.... try to stay away from processed foods and sodas
The site http://www.webmd.com/diet/tc/healthy-weight-what-is-a-healthy-weight will tell you what your weight should be given your height and body type. It also contains info about your BMI and other facts to stay healthy.
I'm sure if you told me what yoir weight WAS I could tell you...
Everyone carries their weight a bit differently but you should be able to tell when you're at a healthy weight just by analyzing how you look and feel. This website offers a good "calculator" to show what a typical healthy weight is for a person given one's height: http://www.everydayhealth.com/toolkit/weightcalculator/index.aspx.
You can find charts online that will tell you for your specific height what a good weight would be. You can also use your BMI to tell you if your a healthy weight already or not.
115-145 is the healthy range for an adult that height, but it can differ if you're under 18. Talk to your doctor and find out if you're at a healthy weight or not - he/she will tell you.
No, you are overweight. Normal BMI is up to 24.
Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is one way that you can tell.
sorry to tell you, but NONE will do, exercise and eating healthy are your only options to lose weight.
There is never a weight your "suppose" to weigh. If you can tell me your height I would be able to tell you a healthy weight for the average 12 year old person to weigh.
I'm 14 and 5'6 as well , and to tell you the truth , that really depends on your muscle mass , its really hard to say without personally knowing you . If your concerned about your weight , you can ask your doctor or school nurse , and they could tell you a healthy weight for your body .
