Im sorry but i think both of them answers were pretty cheezy! what i would do is sit him down in a private place and tell him exactly how you feel don'y beat around the bush just tell him straight! it will only hurt him more if you try to be all nice about it because he may get the impression that if he works hard enough you'll get back with him~! you need to make it clear that your feelings have changed and they will not change back! don't bother with the whole "its not you its me"! make sure you give him a proper explanation but dont prolong the agony! once the deed is done leave him on his own, seeing him upset will only make you upset and you will feel guilty!
