Depends. If he flirts "innocently," he's a natural. If he's a pervert, he's probably a player. Go on a date with him and see what he does. If he tries to touch you in a bad way or kiss you, then he's just a player.
a player is someone who has like a lot of different girlfriends or who goes through girlfriends like * that and a flirt is just someone who flirts... so just cause he flirts doesn't mean he has a different girlfriend every other week or what ever just watch to see how many girlfriends they go through and how they treat them and act around all the other girls....
