Timing belt on the Infinity is probably actually a chain and quite hard to bread. If it does break, and attempt is made to restart the car, considerable damage can be done to the engine. This is because the engine valves and pistons are not timed correctly so the pistons make contact with the valves resulting in potentially significant damage.
