No, the suspension needs springs, the shocks are there to damp the springs so the car does not bounce up and down after it hits a bump.
sounds like ball joints
One of the air bags probably has a leak.
It is my understanding that shocks do not provide any "lift", as it were, to a vehicle. They exist to dampen what would other be uncontrollable spring action. I'm sure that someone with more precise automotive knowledge might add more to any answer I make, but I might look at the springs. They may be what needs to be replaced rather than the shocks. Also, you do not mention how large the bump is. There is a rubber stop on many suspensions to prevent metal-to-metal contact between the control arms and frame. If the bump were large enough, and the stop worn or missing, this might also be a potential culprit. I hope that you are able to fix your problem in any case.
You can't, it is an automatic system. The system is most likely leaking and needs to be repaired if the shocks are flat.
You can find rancho shocks at www.gorancho.com/ and 4wheelonline.com/Rancho_Shocks.334 You should find all your rancho shocks needs met at either of these sites. Hope this helps.

Well, I know when a tire on my car needs to be replaced when there is no tread left on it. What are YOU referring to
You don't if you have automatic stablizing. It's done automatically with the compressor located behind the rear passenger tire. If it isn't doing what it is supposed to, then it needs to be repaired or replaced. You can charge them manually, but it will not last.
needs custom work.
Engine coil? Are you talking about the ignition coil? Springs are coiled, And valves-spings are coiled…I have never heard of an engine coil w/o specifying which coil needs to be replaced.
