Well, I know a BMXer and he's going into the 2012 Olympics. He apparently drinks four pints of milk a day [a lot of milk!] but that's all I really know. I've also been researching it too. Hope this helps :)
if you're using a bmx bike nobodys ever heard of it doesn't mean it will be bad quality. some will, some won't. if you ride a mongoose or diamondbach or a big brand name it probably will be good quality but a bike doesn't have to be a big brand to be good quality
umm.. iam not sure google it but i can tell you that Matt Hoffman was a realy good flatlander one of the best in the world. Dave Mirra though is still the altimate bmxer in all flat land and freastyle in my opnion
