If your parents do not already know about your depression tell them that you have been feeling sad lately and that you think it would be best for you if you saw a professional. If they are like my parents, and do not want to spend money on a psychiatrist, there are some emergency, and free professionals.
If your parents already know about your depression, tell them the same thing. They should be able to understand.

You could try sitting down with them in a calm and private setting, and express your feelings openly and honestly. Let them know that you've been struggling with your mental health and think that speaking to a professional would be helpful. Emphasize that seeking help is a positive step towards feeling better.
