Credit cards are normally used to pay for goods and services - not cash transfers. The only logical way would be for you to get a cash advance from your card company (IF they do that kind of transaction) - then, once it's deposited in your bank account, transfer it to your son's bank account. Once the money is cleared, he can then use that sum to pay off his credit card.

They even emailed me a copy of some loan papers with my son's name on them and a Certificate of incorporation from the Cananda BBB. Which I have searched this company on the BBB website and there is no such Company registered with them. I guess now all we can do is hope they didn't really get the loan money and then it will be on my sons credit report and we will have to go through getting it all fixed. But whatever it takes we will do to stop these people from stealing from other people. Please do not do business with these people. They are really good at what they do: LIE.
