its fairly simple really, all you need to do is follow these steps. 1) go into the menu and scroll down to get to contacts 2) go into contacts and press search 3) choose the desired contact by pressing options 4) you will see a menu of things, keep scrolling down and you will get to copy to sim click on this and it will ask you if you want to keep the origanal or delete it, depending on what you want to do, press the button. 5) it will come up with a complete sign. you are now done! i hope i helped you!

Only if the numbers are stored on the SIM card. If they're simply stored in the phone's internal memory - you would have to transfer them manually.
