Resiliencia Esta es la palabra que algunos ingenieros y psicologos utilizan en mi pais, España, a pesar de que "todavía" no está presente en el diccionario de la Real Academia Española.
Es una palabra derivada del latin, y significa: votar de vuelta, o recuperar la forma o posicion anterior o inicial... lo cual coincide con el vocablo ingles, "resilience" o "resiliency", que básicamente se refiere (en el ámbito de la conducta humana) de la capacidad que la persona tiene de recuperarse o crecer ante adversidad.
