If his face is ugly, there is nothing you can do except plastic surgery. If he has a nice or normal face like most people do, then the rest is easy. If he is fat, he can just loose weight. If his hair is ugly, he can just dye it a different color. If he has curly hair, he can just straighten it. Have him post his picture online and then have people tell him why he looks ugly, so he will know what to change about himself.
