To adjust the driver's window in a 1970 AMC AMX, locate the window crank handle on the door panel. Turn the crank counterclockwise to lower the window and clockwise to raise it. If the window is not moving smoothly, check for any obstructions or consider lubricating the window track. For more extensive adjustments, you may need to access the window mechanism by removing the door panel.

Good Luck

Disconnect the motor from the electrical connector and use a socket wrench to turn the motor shaft manually, which should raise the window. Alternatively, if the window is stuck, you can gently pull it up while applying pressure to the motor to assist in movement. Ensure to reassemble the door panel securely after the window is in the desired position.
