Enter a value or calculation in a cell and press Enter to save the entry.
Then click on that cell and mouse-over it. You should see a small plus-sign at the bottom-right corner. Click on that plus-sign and drag your mouse down or to the right to copy the value or equation to the new cells you've dragged over. Release the mouse when you've selected the desired cells.
You can use the Fill handle to fill left, by dragging it to the left. You can select a range of cells with the active cell on the right, type something into it and then press Ctrl-Enter instead of Enter, and it will fill all of the selected cells with whatever you entered.
The Fill Series feature allows you to do this.
Bullets are not a feature of Excel. They are found in other applications. They have no use in Excel.

Flash Fill is a time-saving feature which fills in data for you when a pattern is evident. It can also can extract and insert as well as format and concatenate. It can also reverse text, numbers and dates.
