Is your workplace noisy? All of these questions could answer as possible starts to developing mental illnesses such as stress and anxiety. Do you live in a polluted city or in the middle of a forest? The environment you live in can affect the air you breathe, the air that flows to your brain. These are all valid points that conclude that the environment around us greatly affects mental health.
