The Temperatures in Massachusetts vary so much that its hard to tell if its a warm or cold state. Personally I wouldn't call it either hot or cold. In the middle of Winter it can be 70 degrees in Massachusetts. However, thats very uncommon. In May we can get Blizzards. The weather in Southern New England is very unpredictable.
