He may not like kissing you due to bad breath, slobber, too hard, not hard enough, he may have something wrong with his mouth, he may just not like kissing, he may find it too intimate and not ready to share that with you, he may not be attracted to you , he could be gay or cheating - it could be one of many scenarios but you really have to speak with him to find out the truth.
