Being a wooden coaster of high intensity and speed, it often needs scheduled maintenance and repairs to keep it safe for guests, called "rehabilitiation" in the amusement industry. Ghostrider has the most rehabs in the whole park with at least four a year for normally three to five weeks at a time

What is knotts berry farm?

Knott's Berry Farm was a berry farm owned by Walter and Cordelia Knott and their family. The Knotts sold berries (and preserves and pies made from them) from a roadside stand. In the 1930s, they started selling chicken dinners as well, and began building other shops and attractions to get more people to come to the property. In 1940, Knott started to build a replica ghost town, and by the late 1960s the "other shops and attractions" were popular enough that he started charging admission to those on their own instead of just using them as a marketing gimmick for the core berry business. In the 1990s (after the death of Walter and Cordelia) the family sold the business: the amusement/theme park was sold to Cedar Fair, and the food products portion of the company was sold to ConAgra (who later sold it to Smucker's). The "Knott's Berry Farm" amusement park is located at the original site of the farm stand itself in Buena Park California, near Los Angeles (Buena Park and Anaheim ... the home of Disneyland ... border each other, and the two theme parks are only a couple of miles apart).
