Ghosts are often seen only in cameras because the human eye can not see certain lights that are caught in camera. Another possibility would be that the human eye is too slow to see a ghost, whereas a camera freezes the image.

How you can see ghosts?
Ghosts cant see or tell if you are in the same room with them, unlike Spirits who can see and interact with you, you may feel a sudden cold spell as it passes you. it also may become attached to you if you remind it of someone, but I'm not totally sure we can see tham, only hear them. This is false for ghosts and spirits are the same. Ghosts decide whtther you hear them or not. It also depends how attuned you are to the spirit world.
