u must invit them on mafia war then wait until they accept ur invite An Even Better answer because that doesn't always work. Follow these steps in case the invites don't work: This is the link needed to add people to your mafia

When someone invites you to join their mafia click on their profile page and take a note of their members id code or copy it for later. (you will find this in the address bar it is the numbers at the end of the address bar)
To add them to your mafia you will need to accept their invitation to join their mafia family. First accept from your profile app invitation, this will take you to your mafia wars home page, then click accept from your mafia page, but you will notice that they havent been added, to add them you need to copy the adding link above and after the = insert their members id code once you have done this press return it will then come up saying you have been added to their mafia and them to yours.

As well as being your 'friend' on facebook, they also need to join your mafia - so you will need to invite them (or ask them to invite you, if you have used all your invites up for today!) To invite someone: Go to 'My Mafia' and click on the Recruit box (if it doesn't take you there automatically) Under 'Recruit' will be a box that lists the names of all the people who are your friends but who are not yet part of your mafia. Click on each person you want to invite, and their names will drop into the box below. Once you've selected everyone you want to invite, just Send the invitation.... once they accept, you should get a notification that they have now joined your mafia. Hope this helps!
