How come this site will not tell me what to eat when you have food poisoning?

Only try eating again once you have been free of sickness and diarrhoea for several hours. Eat small amounts of plain foods that are easy on the stomach, such as rice, bread, potatoes and low sugar cereals. Until then, straight water is best to keep you hydrated
