Depends really....if her pelvis was stable and wide enough a natural birth is always possible. However, if she is of tiny frame(like most 13year olds) and isn't developed enough, a c section may be considered to ensure there's as less damage as possible. Obviously there are complications and pros and cons to both. I'm sure if the girl was to discuss this with the midwife, they would be in a much better position to discuss options than any of us.
