Wikianswers is a public community. Anyone can ask questions and anyone can answer them. If you have any question you can post it in wikianswers and someone who knows the answer to your question would respond.
When somebody answers a question and you think it is not true or not enough information, then there is a orange button below it that says improve answer. Then you can erase that answer or write below it. If you have a suggestion or comment on WikiAnswers, you can post it to the Community Forum. These forums are read regularly by staff as well as the community.
You should delete a discussion post on WikiAnswers when there is inappropriate information or spam within it.
You can post it in the Community Forum in Malfunction Discussion. If you are a Supervisor, post it in the Supervisors' Forum in Bug Reports.
When you post a question - the computer system 'reads' the words and places the question into up to three categories depending on the wording. For example, your question has automatically been posted in the 'Questions about WikiAnswers' section because you used 'WikiAnswers' in the text.
WikiAnswers does not post stories. This is a question and answer website.
Each question has a discussion page, which is often used for people who are working on the question. If there are disputes, or suggestions about the answer, the community member will post their thoughts on the discussion page. "Answer" is the intended response to the question that was asked.
No, you cannot put presentations on WikiAnswers. However, if it relates to a question's answer, you can post a link in the Related Links section of a question, but you can't put it right on WikiAnswers.
To ask a more extended question on WikiAnswers, post a brief question, including something like More details in discussion. Post your question, then go back into "Answer it" and click on the "discussion" tab. A page will open where you can make the question as long as it needs to be.
Currently, you cannot post pictures anywhere on WikiAnswers except on your profile. (For more information on uploading images, see the Related question.)
Yes, WikiAnswers is actually good for a lot of things. If your question isn't on WikiAnswers, you have to post it. You can't expect your question to automatically be here and expect someone to answer a question that isn't here.
You can post pictures on your profile page. For information on how to do this, please see the related question.
