Usually I'd ask for more information like was it on DVD or was it downloaded because there are a number of ways to watch it. For instance if it was a DVD you'd simply put it in your disk drive and it would start up or you can go to my computer and then that drive should be showing the title of the disk in it.
If it were downloaded, which I'm sure is the case, all you gotta do is, right click on the file and look at its extension, be it .avi, .dvix,etc. since it may not run on your computer you Google that extension and download the latest software and install it. Your video should be automatically updated and be watchable.
Although, the comebacks is hardly watchable, as it is a poor movie.
