On what instrument? On the violin it is the 3rd finger on the A string. The A string is the 2nd string from the right. =)
you shouldn't play a d string byitslef play it with a high string
If you're referring to the high D that you play with the palm key then that's just how the note sounds. The high D in my opinion is a very annoying note. You generally won't play it. I don't think I've ever had to play a high D in any of my songs. If you think it sounds wrong then you may check your fingerings or have another alto play it with you and see if the pitches are generally together. It won't be perfect because it is so high that it's almost impossible to get in tune.
D(low)d(low)a,a,a e,f(natural) e d(low) A,c(high) d(high) c(high) a,b(natural) g a,d(high) d,d(both high) c(high) a a,g,f e d(Low) a g,f e, d(low) e d(low)

low d high f
Shift up to third position. Put your first finger on high D and your third finger on high B on the D string.
All I got so far is low D them high D
That depends upon the instrument and the key it is tuned in.
d, e, f, g, a, b, c, high d, high e, high f, high g, high a, high b, high c. and flats and sharps for every note as well.
High E High E High G High D C C B C B :))
In the game, its left-up-right-left-up-right. In reality, its B-D-A. Here are all the Ocarina notes. UP=D LEFT=B RIGHT=A DOWN=F A-BUTTON=LOW D The notes for it are: B, D, A, G, A, B, D, A, B, D, high A, high G, D, C, B, A, B, D, A, G, A, B, D, A, B, D, high A, high G, high D, High D, high C, high B, high C, high B, high G, High C, high B, high A, high B, high A, high F, High D, high C, high B, high C, high B, high G, high C, higher G After that, it just repeats.
You play it by the normal two A keys which is the top two keys. Then you play your octave key which you use for your high D
