Not very. Ball pythons are not poisonous, and do not have very long fangs. Their bites do not hurt much, even from a full grown adult. In fact, they are very common as pets. I myself as a ball python who has never bitten or struck at anyone. They are very docile snakes.
No, not usually. They are just constrictors and even if they wanted to harm you they probably wouldn't. They don't normally try to take anything down they can't eat.
Ball pythons are not deadly, although a bite from one may hurt, it can and will not kill you. They are relatively harmless snakes.
Are you asking if they're poisonous snakes (no), or if you'd get sick eating one (I don't think so).
You may be refering to the term "Ball Snake" which is a popular term for a Python Regius (Royal Python) also known as a "Ball Python".
