Very dark, since from that distance the sun is only the size of a small speck of dust, plus there's no atmosphere to make sky, so it's extremely dark.

Not very. It's maximum apparent magnitude is 13.65, far below the limit of objects that are visible with the naked eye. However, it is just visible with the use of good telescopes.
