Some areas saw little, if any, flooding during and after Katrina. Other parts, such as Lakeview and the Ninth Ward had over 10 feet in certain parts. Actually in some parts the water level was up to 15 feet. You have to look at this. New Orleans is like a soup bowl. It is 28 feet under sea level.
