this is a question not answered in any resident evil game but in resident evil forums it is answered that after Ada fell she clung to one of the broken cables from the bridge then finding a open shaft whcih lead to a heli pad by the umbrella labs where wesker was.... which explains why she's working for wesker in resident evil 4

Ada is kind of considered a good/bad person. Mainly Ada's the woman who helps Leon in the game. If you've played Resident Evil 2 then you might remember that Ada had died towards the end of the game. She was revived by Wesker. Yes, Wesker went out of his way and revived Ada because she was running around and had managed to get her hands on the G-virus which is what Wesker wanted. Now, she runs around behind-the-scenes helping Leon along the way. You might be able to tell that she has quite a soft spot for Leon. Don't forget that in Resident Evil 2 Scenario B, Leon does in fact kiss her because Ada's dying from her wounds. Go, Leon! Don't forget that Ada gives you the Rocket Launcher at the end of Resident Evil 2 Scenario B with both characters and at the end of Resident Evil 4.
