Until the 1960's Civil Rights Movement they sat in sections reserved for them and followed the law. It was against the law to sit or use areas reserved to whites.
The ownners manual does detail the process...do you have it?
about a dog who travels the world to find his owner but his owner is dead so he dies at his ownners grave by prema at kenmore south

ECT power is Electronically Controlled Timing. What this does when the switch is engaged is activate what is now known as variable valve timing. Basically this means that instead of relying on mechanical timing components the "brain" takes over. As previously stated the car will shift at higher RPM, you could say this is like a sport mode that allows the car to produce maximum power.
It's a good idea to read your governing documents regarding distribution of notices before you distribute any, because in doing so, you may be notified of a violation if you do so 'illegally'.Your governing documents provide for official notification to owners from the board and may also guide you in distribution of informal communications. It's a good idea to include the board in any communication to owners, perhaps by requesting permission to distribute the communication and requesting board approval.
There should be an illustration in your ownners manual. Just had mine done.. mechanic had to remove psgr side motor mount to release belt. Not a fun job. trust me this ne job you want to pay someone to do, you need to lower the engine cradle to remover the PS motor mount, you could also visit http://www.just .com/questions/5psw-replacing-serpentine-belt-1998 it is the same for a 97. full illustrations and step by step directions. you will need an 18mm for the mounts and a 15 mm for the tensioner. it is an involved job but doable for the amateur. just make sure you have the engine supported and that the wood use is very important. ------------------------------------------------------------------- This isn't a job if you aren't mechanically inclined. I didn't want to have to take the motor mount off, so I found an alternative solution, which involved me taking a reciprocating saw to the lower spacer on the motor mount so that I could slip the belt in underneath. I then used a thick washer to make the difference, and it'll allow me to easily change it in the future. You will need some specialized tools, mainly (if I remember correctly) a reverse torx bit (just like the impression left by a torx bit). The job took me two days because I was trying to figure things out. Like the OP said, not impossible, but if you aren't sure you can do the job then you will be asking for trouble.
