Eleanor Roosevelt was the First Lady of the United States. She did many things to gain her mark in history. For starters, she was a co-founder of Freedom House and she also supported the formation of the United Nations. In 1943, she founded the UN Association of the US and was delegated to the UN General Assembly from 1945 through 1952. She was referred to by Harry S. Truman as "First Lady of the World" in regards to her human rights achievements. She was very much admired for her interest and dedication to politics which resulted in Eleanor Roosevelt becoming one of the most admirable people of the 20th century.

she did many charitable benefits gave lectures helped and devoted her whole life to improve the living conditions of people, she was a most wonderful woman and great role model.
