I don't think that's what he did. I learned that he made Mesopotamia's first recorded set of laws.( If I'm wrong: hit improve)
As a matter of fact, Babylon came after Mesopotamia and he was the sixth king of Babylon.
Hammurabi wrote it. He was the ruler of the Babylonian empire from 1795-1750 BC.
Hammurabi inherited one major direction for his political activity to succeed in controlling the Euphrates waters. An important area of the code was written that depended exclusively on irrigation agriculture. Since Hammurabi expanded the kingdom to conquer all of ancient Mesopotamia, he had to regulate the use of water for his expanding kingdom.
1772 BC.
Hammurabi made a great leader was because he tried to make everything fair to everyone. That is why he made the Code of Hammurabi but not everyone could read. He created the first code for which all citizens had to obey, and he incorperated other cultures and learned from them. He tried to make life fair, though by today's standards it would be considered unfair and harsh.
The ruler of Hammurabi created the Hammurabi code. The code was created to protect justice and peace in the country.
Silver is stable in its elemental form in normal conditions. However, it can react with sulfur compounds in the air to form tarnish (silver sulfide), which can make it appear unstable or less bright over time.
Nebuchadnezzer was king of the Chaldeans in Mesopotamia. The Chaldeans were the first people to make a 7-day week (they captured Ninevah in 612 B.C.). Nebuchadnezzer built the Hanging Gardens (one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World) for his homesick, foreign wife. So he probably was considered great! P.S. If you're studying or learning about Mesopotamia, might want to check out Hammurabi! :-)
they made the code of Hammurabi and the amazing trade
The only thing dictating how Hammurabi made his laws is the code itself. In the related links box below, I posted the code.

Hammurabi developed the Code of Laws in tribute to the Gods. Hammurabi believed that he was the favorite Babylonian. This is why the Gods made him King of Babylon. To tribute the Gods the Code was made.
