Hammurabi treated his people with equal. He was trying to show peace in love through out the villages. That's why he created the "code of laws. Everyone trusted and cared for leader and king Hammurabi.That is what i think

By the standards of that time, he treated them normally. He hasn't gone down in the books as particularly cruel or bloodthirsty. His Code of Law was very much along the lines - often litterally - of 'an eye for an eye', but that was then considered just and fair by everyone. By publishing his Code, he at least made sure that corrupt or overly stern judges could no longer be more cruel than the King saw fit; nor could they let people off the hook when the King thought certain acts criminal. Most historians rank Hammurabi amongst the 'good' kings because of that.
