Well with the leading up to worldwar 2 Hitler was able to blackmail the allies and other countries on german borders by threating war, Leading up to war, England and France noticed that Hitler and the Nazis were breaking the treaty of versailles agreements like had other 100,000 troop army size, Had an Airforce which was restricted and built a proper Navy Army. The allies were scared and wanted to buy time before going war with Germany but like usual the allies didnt declare war, eithen when the Nazis made a huge gamble and attack the Rhineland. Hitler blackmailed Austria to become allies and Hitler Balckmailed Czechoslovakia because the Nazis wanted their land. Hitler blackmailed countries by threating war and fierced military action.
Heres a Did you know fact: If the allies, or eithen just briton and france declared and attacked germany, Hitler would of fallen but because they were scared with the numbers of troops growing in a short time period and also a wonder reaction from the soviets, they didnt declare war
The Gestapo also infiltrated the International Police Chiefs Association (IPCA) before the war and accessed all of the secret files that had blackmail info on officials in many countries. The officials were given the choice to cooperate or be exposed for their crimes and or unacceptable lifestyles. IPCA today is Interpol. As late as 1967 Interpol was headed by former SS Nazi officers.
He didn't exactly blackmail them. He wanted the Sudetenland from Czechoslovakia (which is what led to the Munich Conference), and to get this, he took 3 steps:
1. he ordered Henlein (the leader of Sudeten Germans) to cause a stir in the Sudetenland
2. german newspapers published that Czechs had committed crimes against the Germans.
3. Hitler threatened war if a solution was not found.
The solution he was going for was, obviously, to get the Sudetenland, and he did so by threatening the people with what they feared most, war.
At the Munich conference it was decided to give Germany all of the Sudetenland.
Godesberg, Germany
Hitler met with chamberlain and Daladier and told them that the Sudetenland was his last desire to complete lebensraum. Of course within a year he had also invaded Czechoslovakia.
They used a policy of appeasement. They met in Munich, Germany to sign the Munich Pact to allow Hitler to take the Sudetenland in Czechoslovakia. This act made them look like fools when they learned Hitler had already sent troops into the Sudetenland before the Munich Conference and the signing of the pact.
Czechoslovakia. Czechoslovakia's Sudetenland, to be more precise.
The Munich Conference was held to address Germany's threat to Czechoslovakia. It resulted in the Munich Agreement, which gave Hitler control over Sudetenland in Czechoslovakia.
The Munich conference was originally designed to give the Sudetenland to Hitler, however he continue to pursue the idea of the rest of Czechoslovakia and eventually received this.
The plan the Allies did to give Hitler his demands was during the Munich conference and they gave him Czechoslovakia.
Hitler obtained permission to go to war with Czechoslovakia in Munich, Germany via the Munich agreement. The Munich Agreement occurred in 1938.

The agreement reached at the Munich Conference sought to compromise with Germany by offering it some territory in Czechoslovakia

Sadly, the Prime Minister of Czechoslovakia was not invited as Hitler, Mussolini, Chamberlain and Daladier gave the Czech Sudetenland to Germany.
The policy of appeasement refers to Hitler saying at the Munich conference that he would not invade any more of Europe after Czechoslovakia. It failed, obviously.
