Answer 1

Muslims overcome early challenges of Islam through proper Planning, Leading, Organizing, Implementing and Controlling in short through proper management.

Answer 2

The early challenges to Islam were existential challenges. The Meccan Arab Tribes, especially Qoreish had as their intent to eliminate Islam from the world. Mohammed wisely fled Mecca and resettled his community in Yethrib, where they would be freer to practice their religion. He then proceeded by both legitimate and illegitimate means to acquire the funds and weapons to force the surrender of the Meccan Arab Tribes who opposed him and his religion. Once these tribes were vanquished or given to a change in allegiance, Mohammed successfully removed the existential threat.
