The kinetic energy as the water rushes down the falls probably. There are a LOT of waterfallsthere, right? So people decided to capture that kinetic energy and transform it into electrical energy. Make use of what we already have I guess. There's a wheel underneath the water in the wall behind and that's what captures the kinetic energy.
