His clean history as a citizen gained the confidence of high officials and they finally chose him to to be the chief. Within 15 years he literally turned Russia upside down and presented Russia to the world as a new, sovereign and powerful country ready to grow economically and be a world-player in fighting terrorism and deliver stability.
This is Mr. Putin as billions of people have come to know. I understand that "internet" is the most "Unsafe" place to be what I chose to say what I believe to be nothing but truth.
