The plane was taking off in a very bad storm that evening...as well as many other factors....the pilot was supposedly under scrutiny about his history of recent past, he apparantly had license issues...or possibly violations...not sure if alchohol was one of them. But the thing that stood out most to all was the plane had previous issues as well, and it was said to be overweight with its cargo, and fate would have it that Clemente would have been on the plane to assure the supplies for the earthquake victims did in fact reach the victims and not the thieves that horded other emergency supplies, it was a dangerous trip all around and Clemente was warned not to go...but he was an incredible humanatarian and gave his life to help others....he was a role model like none other since! RIP
