The ruins of Babylon are not a tourist site. They were damaged in recent times. In 1983, Saddam Hussein started rebuilding the city on top of the old ruins. Part of this was restoration and part was new construction. Later he built a palace in the shape of a ziggurat over some of the ruins and called it it Saddam Hill. In 2003 he wanted to build of a cable car line over site, but this was interrupted by the Gulf War. The US army built Camp Alpha, a military base, on the site causing irreparable damage to the archaeological record. Parts of the site were levelled to create a landing area for helicopters, and parking spaces for military for vehicles. The vehicles crushed the brick pavements. More than 12 trenches were dug. Nine moulded brick figures of dragons at the ancient city gate were damaged. Archaeological fragments were scattered.

Well, the answer depends on who you ask. Liberals would probably say the war in Iraq is over oil and that the U.S. wants to create an oil monopoly in which they are in charge of. Conservatives would say that Iraq violated the truce of the Gulf War and also violated 17 UN sanctions, thus war was needed to remove their tyrant (Saddam Hussein) as well as keep them in line with the UN sanctions.
A larger and more powerful country can create an us versus them mentality with a smaller and less powerful country by framing their actions as defensive or necessary for security, painting the smaller country as a threat or adversary. They may use propaganda, media manipulation, or military presence to reinforce this narrative and rally domestic support for their actions against the smaller country. This can help justify aggressive policies or interventions in the eyes of their population and the international community.

A ragtag militia could potentially defeat a powerful military through unconventional warfare tactics, such as guerrilla strategies, ambushes, and leveraging local knowledge of terrain. By exploiting the weaknesses of a larger force, such as supply lines and morale, they could disrupt operations and create a protracted conflict. Additionally, gaining popular support and utilizing propaganda could bolster their cause and undermine the legitimacy of the opposing military. Ultimately, persistence and adaptability in the face of overwhelming odds could lead to a strategic victory.
You will have to choose or make a military vehicle if you were aggresive in the tribal stage. If not, you have to capture a military city and select or create a military vehicle in the city planner.
