Nebuchadnezzar is a Babylonian name, it is from the area we now call Iraq, which at the time was called Chaldea, in ancient Mesopotamia.
Kush was heavily influenced by Ancient Egyptian culture and civilization and was a vassal of Egypt at several points (it also conquered Egypt later). As a result, the Kushites revered most of the same patheon of gods and had the same religious laws as the Ancient Egyptians.
