Near the end of Kingdom Hearts 1, Sora learns that to free Kairi, her heart must be returned to her. Finding that Kairi exists within himself, he unlocks his own heart with Riku's keyblade, releasing Kairi's heart, but losing his. As a result he becomes a Heartless while simultaneously spawning Roxas, his nobody.

When did Kairi lose her heart?
At the start of the first Kingdom Hearts game, in the scene where she passes through Sora. That was the instant her heart took refuge inside Sora's.

Namine, Kairi's Nobody, was created when Kairi lost her heart, while Roxas, Sora's Nobody, was created when Sora lost his heart. Because Kairi's heart was in Sora, Namine could control Sora's memories. Namine can take anyone's memories.

When Kairi was near the weird door on Destiny Island near the beginning of the game, a strong wind blew Kairi onto Sora. When he tries to catch her, she touches him, her heart goes into him, and she just vanishes. So the reason she was limp as a doll throughout the entire game was because her heart was in Sora, so Sora stabbed himself with Riku's Dark Keyblade to release Kairi's heart.
What if ventus meets Sora?
sora and ventus have already met when sora was a child around four ven's heart was damaged and found sora who allowed him to merge ven's heart with his own until both of their hearts where complete. I don't know if sora remeberes this

When Kairi lost her heart, Sora sacrficed himself then gave it to her. She was alive, but Sora turned into a heartless in the process. Kairi then gave a bit of her heart (which was his) to him.

i think u mean ventus. and his heart was fractured and nearly gone so he had 2 join his heart to sora's to make it whole and because he looks like sora... sora's nobody looks like ventus and has the personality of sora
